| I must have owned over a hundred pairs of headphones since the early days of the Sony Walkman (cassette player that is) through CD players, mini-disks and now the mp3 era. They break, they get wet, they get borrowed by your kids, they just disappear and occasionally they wear out. All I ever want is a good sound and sturdy construction. These headphones provide both. The sound is really smooth and can deliver cleanly up to high volume whist still giving depth at low sound levels. The construction is solid with a balanced selection of earbuds. The extension cord is a bit irritating but was actually useful when I realised I could put my shuffle in my breast pocket so I have come to like that as well. The best part is that they 'stay put' in your ear without leaving you with that painful ache after a few hours of wear. They were so good I got my son a pair before mine disappeared and he loves them too. | |
